Prolific artist Nate Frizzell just opened a new solo show, To Be Myself, at LeBasse Projects in Los Angeles' Chinatown. The exhibition features a series of works in charcoal on paper – the first time the artist has shown work in this form.

After two recent sold out exhibitions with LeBasse, Frizzell moves to this medium, that the gallery states as: "By moving away from the canvas and oil painting he has become known for, Frizzell reinvents himself to examine where his artistic and personal future will lead."
