This is quite genius, Magpie Studio's Rabbit, a concept based on a "conversion to eco-friendly vegetable inks, whilst maintaining their commitment to the highest quality print."

As Magpie Studio notes, "We took them at their word, offering their customers 'Unrivalled reproduction', and something to smile about in the process. Our giant rabbit - painstakingly created in carrots - not only formed a memorable image, but kept the local city farm in fodder for a week."
