Made in Polaroid opened last week, honoring its founder, Dr Edwin Land’s passion for the arts, with an art show featuring more than 50 pieces created by a mix of artists, designers, photographers, actors, and musicians including James Franco, Chase Jarvis, Marylin Minter, Alex Pardee, Hilary Pecis, and Dabs Myla.
The exhibiton brought together more than 60 artists, celebrities and designers who united in their passion for creativity and the Polaroid brand. More than 80 new works of art were created using the Polaroid GL10 Instant Mobile Printer and on display in New York City from September 7 through 13, 2011.
