We are a few hours away from our European festival tour, and the good people of Nuart just sent us some great photographs of UK-based Lucy McLauchlan painting the Obrestad Lighthouse off the coast of Jaeren, which is a protected national heritage site. And Lucy has permission to paint it with her great fine art style.
For two weeks, Lucy will be an artist-in-residence at the Ha Gamle Prestegard Arts and Culture Centre, and will paint on the 36-foot landmark during her time. More information in the coming days. We hope to see it ourselves!
