The Opera Gallery in Soho, New York, played host to Anima Sola, the latest solo show from surrealist-portrait artist Lori Earley. The show was packed at the press preview on April 26, as collectors, critics, and local artists stopped by the gallery to chat with Earley, sip some champagne, and contemplate taking out a second mortgage to buy one of her stunning paintings. Lucky for some, all the works were sold out prior to the opening. The show will run from April 28 through May 19, 2007, with an opening reception this Saturday, April 28 from 6 to 9pm.
