London's Paul Cocksedge created this brilliant public light installation, Bourrasque, that to us resembles papers blowing in the wind. The light installation was installed at a hotel in Lyon, France for the city's Festival of Lights.
As Dezeen notes, "The 200 suspended sheets were made from an electrically conductive material that lights up when a current passes through it."
