We saw a few JR pieces pop up in NYC last week, and were waiting to confirm the project. Turns out the French artist has brought his Inside Out / Native American Project to NYC, the project where digitally uploaded images will be made into posters and sent back to the project’s co-creators for them to exhibit in their own community.
Obviously, JR brings a lot of attention everytime he gets his work up in a city, so of course, Inside Out in the biggest city in the US will get a lot of attention. JR's site has some more photos.
