Yes, that is a Lego surfer, and yes, he is surfing on a wave of blue ink. The series is by Italian digital artist, Albert Seveso, and yes, these are real compositions made by the artist. When we did a bit of research, all the artist says is "there's a place where people can ride the ink . . .".
