Upon seeing the official 2012 Wimbledon poster, James Jessiman's contribution stood out to us. The graphic, print influenced image of a bouncing tennis ball is an essential distillation of what occurs in a tennis match, presenting a small, seemingly peripheral yet central detail that encompasses the movement of the game. Anyways, after being so enamored with this image, we went on to find some other work by the London based illustrator and printmaker for Nobrow, (a publishing company dedicated to graphic art, illustration and art comics).
