Hugh Leeman & Erik Foss in NYC for Scope

Juxtapoz // Friday, 06 Mar 2009

“While in the Big Apple, Hugh Leeman has been hitting up the streets with his wheat pastes and stolen street signs of homeless people portraits,” The Shooting Gallery folk report from the SCOPE Contemporary Art Fair.

“This goes in congruence with Erik Foss' theme of ‘Homeless America’ which is the second American flag made of homeless signs bought from vagrants on the streets of San Francisco.”

Definitely thought-provoking stuff. Check it all out at booth A03 if you're lucky enough to be at SCOPE this year!
