“The main thing about SMART Crew is never taking life seriously,” says an anonymous member of the Queens-founded graffiti outfit. In part of a new series of videos focusing on artists painting NYC box trucks, members of the diverse crew approached paintings the delivery vehicle using the current international soccer frenzy as inspiration. The final result is nothing short of clever, crafty and SMART.

Over this past weekend Batle's life was tragically cut short. He had LA on lock with scribes, stickers, tags, and pieces and had countless streaks and pieces on freights as well. This is a huge loss to the LA graffiti scene and he will be missed.

A look inside "Pathetic Bubble zine by Horfee & Russel Maurice

To coincide with Horfee and Russel Maurice’s exhibition Pathetic Bubble at Doomsday Store in Melbourne, a limited edition zine was released. Using cels (transparent sheets) originally employed to split up the production process of hand-drawn animation, Maurice and Horfée revive a historical technique of cartoon creation to seamlessly layer up their compositions.
