Cornbread Retirement Print

Darryl McCray, known by his tagging name, “Cornbread,” is a graffiti artist from Philadelphia, credited with being the first modern graffiti artist. A new print entitled Retirement Print has been released by the artist and comes signed by the man himself.

Askew in Shoreditch, London

We haven’t seen many people paint like this ever and that’s why Askew is ahead of the class. This new wall was painted in Shoreditch, London while in town for his exhibition “Oceanic” at Rex Romae Gallery.

BLADE: King of Graffiti @ The Museum of the city of New York

In 1980, after painting 5,000 subway trains, Steve Ogburn, aka BLADE, earned the title "King of Graffiti." Today BLADE exhibits his work internationally. In this rare event, he will sit down with graffiti historian Chris Pape for a slide show and conversation about his pioneering work and the New York graffiti scene of the 1970s.
