Stages of Evolution by Wais

Graffiti // Wednesday, January 18, 2012
We are only familiar with a few writers from Russia, Wais being the standout x100.  When producing work like this it’s hard not to take notice.  Four different pieces painted, eventually turning into a bouquet of vibrant flowers.  Yes, he did.

Risot

Graffiti // Wednesday, January 18, 2012
Looks as if Risot had some fun incorporating a massive explosion into his “R’ and it gave us a good laugh.

Gary Abstract

Graffiti // Wednesday, January 18, 2012
One of the very few abstract pieces we have seen lately that is a real hit.  Nice line work and negative space in this Gary piece.

Simple Kems

Graffiti // Wednesday, January 18, 2012
With much of graffiti, the absence of complicated design techniques and a barrage of colors can be more sufficient.  Kem understands this concept well, good ol’ quality letters with some stars.

Clowns

Graffiti // Wednesday, January 18, 2012
As Clown puts it, “Game on when the bitch gone.”  Seems to certainly be an effective formula for inspired graffiti vandalism.

New Tomek truck in Paris, feels a bit heavy metal. No rims.

Steel by Trav

Graffiti // Tuesday, January 17, 2012
Trav went and painted this great piece using Steel’s name.  One of the best pieces we have seen Trav paint yet.  A bonus: a shout out to one of Houston’s influential rappers Pimp.C.

New Omega
