As far as giving the biggest middle finger ever to all the correctional officers and the New York’s jail system as a whole, this wins! Actually, we are going to say this is one of the bravest spots ever hit. The actual location of this sign is on the last road that leads all the inmates to Rikers Island lying between Queens and the Bronx. A steady flow of police cars and buses full of inmates pass by here regularly. Vandal squad definitely received a phone call after this.
