At first with this new Resto piece you see naked girls and everything appears to be all right, then the bulky Smurf character in a thong with a whip comes into you peripheral on the right and you come to the realization that things are strangely awkward.

This Friday July 12, 2013, Urban Folk Art Studios in Brooklyn will be hosting a new two person show entitled “Works” featuring new artwork from Greg “Sp One” Lamarche and Blake “Keo” Lethem. You may recognize Keo’s work from several MF DOOM album covers, like the classic “Operation Doomsday.” Greg Lamarche aka Sp One works in mixed media and has shown extensively for many years. Both artists come from early generations of New York graffiti, you know, back when they painted subways. Go!
