One of the most standout, refined handstyles in New York is arguably Sure RIP. His chiseled tip tags on stickers (almost always accompanied with Faust) were consistently precise and clean. This very oversized Sure sticker was recently painted on a rooftop by Dceve in close proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge.

Pref has been pounding the pavement recently, painting several new walls in his signature multi-layered style. Each piece contains different words and sayings. Some are easily decipherable, while will challenge and strain your eyes. Good luck!

Seasoned spray can technician, Bates, has already painted more pieces in 2014 than most will paint in the next six months! In the last two weeks, the Copenhagen-based artist has turnt things up and left a massive cloud of fumes in his wake. You can see some of the evidence here.

In anticipation for “Refraction” that opens this Saturday at The Well in Los Angeles, we wanted to share the following video. SURVIVE was an exhibition featuring a conceptually coherent and significant, original body of work by L.A. based emerging artists: Zes, Siner, Fishe, Dreye, Arbe, Kyle Thomas, and Nathan Smith.
