Gottlund Verlag Publishing House

Juxtapoz // Wednesday, 27 Jul 2011

Gottlund Verlag is a small publishing house near Kutztown, Pennsylvania founded by Nicholas Gottlund in 2007. Gottlund's goal is to support emerging and mid-career artists and to create publications that are innovative and forward thinking. Gottlund's operation was built as an add-on to a 19th Century Pennsylvania German bank barn in a small wooded valley. Sounds like a nice place to make some nice products. Gottlund Verlag also has a space in Baltimore where they focus mostly on art direction, design, layout, and negotiation of future projects.
