Dimitri Tsykalov does a lot of interesting things with edible foods by way of art, some things that are rather disgusting (more on that later) and some things that are just well done and pleasant to look at. His series of Fruit and Veggie Skulls are more on the pleasant side.
Tsykalov shows at Galerie Rabouan Moussion in Paris, and apparently will pass up a good watermelon for a skull sculpture.
