Federico Uribi Paints with Repurposed Electrical Wires

Miami-based, Columbian conceptual artist Federico Uribi recently released a new series of works made from electrical and a/v cables titled Contectado. Much of Federico's work is devoted to the language of pop art through the use of repurposed objects. He initially began his career as a painter 'influenced by his dark reflections on the Catholic sense of pain, guilt and sexuality.' (via colossal)
