A really time-intensive project by Brazilian artist, Vik Muniz, where he has taken old magazines and meticulously rearranged the torn pieces to create the perfect figurative elements and color balance of some of world's most famous paintings. The works are currently on display at Xippas Gallery in Athens. The great works of Manet, Van Gogh, Cezanne, Hopper, and others are all recreated. (via)
