We just came across this footage, shot in silent, color film from the Golden Gate International Exposition on Treasure Island in San Francisco in 1939/40. The footage shows Diego Rivera and Thelma Johnson Streat working on the Pan American Unity Mural.

The video was produced by Orville C. Goldner. It is just really special to see such a landmark figure in art at work, in color, working on such a famous mural.
