Brandon Boyd and Kristin Klosterman teamed up with TOMS in a Venice, California studio to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art. Channeling their collective voice, the duo transformed large canvases into their own distinct expression, which will become the material for a limited-edition collection of TOMS Shoes. TOMS hopes that the collection will inspire artists and non-artists alike to express themselves in ways that will have a positive impact on the world.

“Kristin and I finished these massive canvases after a few days work and were both proud and depressed simultaneously,” says Brandon Boyd. “Proud because we had put our hearts into something fun and worthy, and depressed because it was going to be cut up into hundreds of pieces! Though, now that we are done I am excited to see the end result. And I am happy to have worked with TOMS Shoes on something so necessary and poignant.”

These amazing shoes go on sale September 26th, 2009 at 7pm at UNDEFEATED Silverlake in Los Angeles, CA. After the sale, the shoes will only be available at UNDEFEATED Silverlake only.

The coolest part? For every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need with their One for One project.
