Harmony Korine on Letterman, 1997

We've been working on an editorial regarding Harmony Korine, about his contributions to James Franco's “Rebel” that will show at  54th International Art Exhibition of the Venice Biennale. In research, we found this great clip of Korine on the "Late Show with David Letterman" fomr 1997, in promotion of his film, Gummo.

Of course you know Korine wrote the screenplay to Kids and many other abstract, and humanizing films and shorts. Although some of his subject matter deals with what is onthe fringe of society, take a few minutes to check him out in this classic clip from an appearance on Letterman that shows his sense of humor, and personality.
