Chris Stan & "Lifeline" Opens Tonight at Carmichael Gallery

Juxtapoz // Thursday, 05 Feb 2009

“Chris Stain is working away right now at one of the best installs we’ve ever seen in the gallery,” Elisa Carmichael wrote us from (of course) The Carmichael Gallery in Los Angeles. “He’s working just about non-stop, but here’s one of him taking a moment to dance around the gallery with the install on his head… hmm.” We do so love a talented guy that also has a sense of humor.

Make sure to head out and see the man himself at his solo opening of Up On the Roof Countin' Pigeons tonight, Friday February 5th, along with the group show, Lifeline, featuring Alex Hornest, Ilia of Btoy, Jim Darling and Sesper.

Take a peek at a few more preview flicks of Chris and Sesper working on their respective installations in the Gallery space below before you see the final exhibit this evening.
