Bastardilla’s work is beautiful, but also addresses social ills of her native country. She’s one of the few street artists who consistently incorporates glitter into her walls and the effect is literally dazzling. Working by moonlight, the glitter reflects off the town’s walls, adding shimmering illumination to the area.

“I have started a tour around Europe and then I will go to Austria, Spain, Portugal, and some other countries,” she writes us. “And I hope paint a lot.” We look forward to a glitter trail all over Europe.
