A Sound Sculpture by Daniel Franke

Juxtapoz // Thursday, 14 Mar 2013

Using three different cameras to record the motion data, artist Daniel Franke created a moving sculpture visualizing a musical piece with a dancer's body. Each of the cameras reacts to sound and support the physical imitation of the musical piece by the performer. The movements of the dancer created a reference to an otherwise invisible space.
