Saner Mural for the Callegenera Festival

Saner sent over some process and completed photos of a mural he painted in Monterrey, México for the Callegenera Festival. The murals concept was based around the current Mexico presidential elections. Corruption and transparency have been a major problem, as well as bribes and bought votes. Saner spoke about this particular mural, “The idea was to paint people into government service, at the end we are only a small part of the banquet.”

Divorced from their bodily context and yet still suggestive of various erotic zones, Diumenjó's female forms are almost completely abstracted while maintaining their fleshly sensuousness. He is based in Barcelona, Spain.

The public artist who is known for leaving witty punch lines and puns where ever he works has created this new piece with the words “Eternal Light and/or Eternal Night.”  The artist used the following phrase in reference to Vardø’s sun that does not set during this time of year.
