Elle Muliarchyk for Rodarte

Juxtapoz // Friday, January 24, 2014
Elle Muliarchyk has shot a few campaigns for fashion designers Rodarte, but this one in particular, a project called "Rodarte:Fly" caught our eye this morning as a stunning fashion shoot. Elle shoots a bunch of commercial projects that end up looking far more of fine art sense than your typical celebrity posed straight to magazine shoots. Fantastic stuff.

The Works Of Michael Cina

Juxtapoz // Friday, January 24, 2014
Minneapolis based Michael Cina of Cina Associates might be better known for his commercial work for clients like Apple, VH1, Coca-Cola, Adobe, American Express, and the list goes on. Today we're taking a look at Cina's more progressive work. The highly stylized mixed medium images appear to be collage but we're not 100% sure. Regardless of the medium we're enjoying how Cina is able combine aspects of design, photography, and painting to create these wonderful original works.

Since its publication seventy years ago, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince has captivated millions of readers throughout the world. Drawings by Jessica Stewart

Juxtapoz // Friday, January 24, 2014
'The works under When You Escape are artist Jessica Stewart’s musings on dreams and those who wander lost in their imagined worlds. Dreams are vast, beautiful, consuming, unstable places built from secrets and fears, desires and damages. They are completely of our own individual constructions, but they are not safe.'

LA Art Show: Tom Dash

Erotica // Thursday, January 23, 2014

After a near mind melting trip to both Art Basel in Miami and Israel to experience their creative scene, I'd thought that my level of visual inbut had been exhausted- but not quite. The most exciting erotic installation I found at the LA Art Show was by the talents of Tom Dash, with Michael Borgni Fine Art- a rich a provocative collection of acrylic collages on canvas from 2013.
