Remio and Begr are the new “models” for Huf’s Holiday lookbook that was shot in Detroit by Brian Kelley, Scott Pepper and filmed by Brandon Kuzma. MoMA Poprally Presents: Phoenix “Chloroform” directed by Sofia Coppola

A little bit of Beatlemania thrown towards Phoenix by way of Sofia Coppola's camera. As part of a MoMA Poprally presents release, Coppola directed a new video for the Phoenix track, "Chloroform," and in an interview with MoMA's Associate Curator in the Department of Film, Anne Mora, Coppola noted "I wanted it to be a fantasy of young girls fixated on a band they love, and try to capture that feeling I remember of seeing bands when I was a kid, when you could totally lose it… and to play up the band as close but out of reach. It’s a fantasy audience, all young, pretty girls."

The newly launched Lawrence Alkin Gallery is proud to announce ‘Aquatic’ - the latest collection of work to be released by acclaimed artist Dave White. Opening on November 14, Aquatic develops upon White’s ‘Natural Selection’ series, presenting artworks inspired by endangered species. Aquatic features new works based on vulnerable species that inhabit our waters. Great White sharks presented in their dynamic scale, with White’s expressive style of painting, make their presence felt.

We have shown you the fabric sculptures of Do Ho Suh recently on the site, and now these works are on display at Lehmann Maupin Gallery in Hong Kong through January 25, 2014. This is Suh's first solo show in Hong Kong, and coincides with the opening of Suh’s installation Home within Home within Home within Home within Home at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in his native Seoul, South Korea.

We were suprised that this collaboration hadn't happened before, but Damien Hirst has teamed up with the Alexander McQueen team with a special (read: will sell-out fast) collection of skull scarves. McQueen's skull scarf collection has always been one of the late-designer's iconic looks, and the look has always fit Hirst's style of art. 

Dennis Hopper's "The Lost Album" @ Royal Academy, London

"The Lost Album," a series of photographs first seen last year in Berlin, will be opening at London's Royal Academy next summer. An exhibition of over 400 photographs that were only discovered after his death in 2010, the series features portraits of iconic artists and actors from Rauschenberg and Warhol to Paul Newman.
