Complimented by an unrelated 2010 statue of a crude hand gesture, the 10,000 helmets in front of the Milan Stock Exchange represent the number of jobs lost in 2012. The public display of frustration, rage, and disappointment in the Italian government is the work of thousands of workers from all levels of industry from Architects to laborers. They united on a day now referred to as La Giornata della Collera, which translates as The Day of Anger. (via mymodernmet)
