Juxtapoz 15th Anniversary Art Auction

Matt Furie (Juxtapoz #80) is one quirky guy. This San Francisco based illustrator, painter, and comic artist consistently infuses his work with a refreshing humor that keeps us coming back for more. Naturally, we made him donate a piece of his artwork to our Big Payback 15th Anniversary Art Auction.

“One of the great things about living in San Francisco is going on day trips outside the City. Tomorrow morning I’m off to go tubing and camping in the warm California sun. My friend Nasty N told me that I might hit my butt on a rock while tubing down the river and feel like I’m bleeding. I probably won’t be bleeding; it will just feel like it, Youch! In general I’m looking forward to maybe seeing some spiders, snakes, scorpions, hawks, owls, condors, and all kinds of cool creatures.”
