Clay Rodery is an illustrator currently living and working in New York City. With a BFA in Painting and Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, in 2010 he received his MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. This excellent series of caricatures is particularly scathing, portraying GOP presidential contenders as decaying, zombie-esque figureheads.

Looking through some morning art news and sites, we came across this incredible Sleeping Hermaphrodite sculpture by NY-based Barry X Ball, a 68-1/8 x 35-1/2 sculpture made of Belgian black marble. The way Ball captures the ruffle of the sheet and the cushion are quite stunning in our book.
