São Paulo born illustrator Joao Ruas began his desire to draw at an early age. Growing up he was left alone with crayons and papers for a few hours every day, developing an unusual feral behavior which only got worse through the years. His ghostly and dream-like illustrations are the product of his life long commitment to his creative endeavors.
