Brazilian artist Dimas Forchetti sent us images of his most recent works, and as we can always see from the artist, his illustrations are full of detailed local symbolism.
As he told us, "These new works are a little darker than they used to be. Unlike the latter, these new ones go deeper in aspects of religion that contemplate good and evil, being heavily influenced by "Umbanda", a Brazilian religion. It is worth mentioning that elements such as disease hypertrichosis and Indians are an influence in this new work as well."
