How do you feel right now?

Calm.

If you could wake up in a different place tomorrow morning, where would it be and what would you do?

I would be walking on a Sunday morning in Navegantes (North area of Porto Alegre city – Brazil) neighborhood.

If you lost your creative skill, how would you see yourself making a living?

No creativity - no live.

If you could punch one living contemporary artist, who would it be?

I wouldn’t punch him.

Was your first kiss worth writing a song about?

No.

At what point were you particularly happy?

When I realized that I was painting or drawing and in good health of mind and spirit.

No regrets allowed, but there must have been one?

Once I stayed quiet after being insulted by someone considered a teacher during class in university here in São Paulo.

What trait do your friends have in common?

We all belong to Universidade Auto-Indicada Por Entidades Livres (University Self-oriented for Free Entities).

If you had to evacuate your home or studio, what's the one thing you would grab?

Old drawings that I keep in a case in my bedroom.

Greatest love of your life?

My mother and my girlfriend.

What is your favorite vice?

Sweets.

When you blow out the birthday candles, what do you wish for?

Lucidness.

If you could play a character from a favorite film or TV show for a day, who would it be?

I just don’t know…


Do you ever lie?

Not for my brothers.

Do you think viewers understand the intent of your work?

It depends on each person’s repertoire and sensibility.


What virtue can you do without?

It’s hard to find one…

Do you even notice when you're swearing?

Yes, I do.

What has been your proudest moment?

The day I quit my job in the rat race. I shouted to everybody that everything was wrong in that place. People were being completely absorbed for some abstract force that was making them lose all respect and peace of mind. Work can be considered the contemporary slavery in that case.

What would you like to be remembered for?

Being a free man, guided by free entities.

How would you prefer to die? 

Sleeping.
