
For the Juxtapoz 15th Anniversary Art Auction, Saelee Oh donated two beautiful acrylic, watercolor and graphite pieces on hand cut paper from her recent show, “I Know What You’re Thinking”. The works have that delicate, dreamy quality that characterizes Saelee’s work.

Where normal people see the bloodied carcass of a dead rat or pigeon lying by the side of the road, she sees a luxurious purse or a fetching headpiece, for the California-born London-based artist creates ‘creature couture’ – fine art fashion accessories for men and women crafted from the bodies of dead animals.
