Wandering around the Mission this past Saturday, I sort of ran into this scene of Mac, Reyes, Steel, and another unidentified member of the Seventh Letter painting on the universally known Seventh Letter wall on Florida Street. As luck would have it, all four members were still painting away late into the evening, and because of the scene at Mac's FIFTY24SF opening, I finally got a chance to talk to the man. A very, very talented and humble guy I have to say.
And, because its 2009, my friend Kristyn Stroble (who is a great photographer by the way, and you should hire her for all your photography needs, Google her now, go to her site), had her iPhone out and snapped some pics. She sent them to me, and voila, because its 2009, they are up on this blog. Techno-ology, what a damn nice thing.
Mac working.
Reyes working.
Mac working some more.

The kind of sort of end result from their Saturday. Steel's piece is off stage left. (Or stage right, I never really was ever to figure that 'stage left, stage right' concept, and my girlfriend is a longtime theater actress. Sorry Amanda.) But we don't got a shot of that. Go to Florida if you want to see it. Go to Slow Club and get a burger while you're at it.
