We're Never Going Home: Photographs by Jeffrey Ball

The bed is soaked in soda, but we’re all sitting in it. There’s a woman screaming at a man and children trying not to notice. This space is small. It smells like trash, the air is dense with cigarette smoke. A truck roars by on the highway above. I’m watching through this box, the shutter slams down, it’s loud.

Nobody notices.

These photographs focus on the relationship between two daughters and their mother. Their shared love and connected future.

This is the description we received from past Juxtapoz Reader Art artist (here and here) describing his upcoming show. Sounds good.
