Times Square of the 1980s: A Short Documentary

 Before Google, before Facebook or YouTube, there were the 1980s filled with the excitement of Dunk Hunt in arcades and pixilated billboards in Times Square. It’s documented in a film by Steve Siegel in NYC during the 80s. Siegel captures a pre-Disneyfied Times Square at night two decades past. As seen from a teenager's point of view, the short film includes voice-over interviews with local teenagers. A great blast from the past and a reminder of the importance of an era where so many of our current influential artists gained traction.
