'Take On The Machine' Interactive Game from Scion

 If you’ve seen Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D, you should have caught the brand new Scion tC cinema spot in 3D, a virtual reality car racing game. For those that didn't, check out this 2D video version. In anticipation of Scion’s most popular ride, the tC has been updated for 2011, coming out next Friday on October 1st, the car company has brought the next generation to life in an interactive augmented reality game that puts you in the driver seat before they’re made available to the public.
The augmented reality (“AR”) game puts players in a dystopian world where the city is the machine. Driven to slow us down with daily obstacles, users make their escape by making split second reactions as obstacles are thrown their way.
- Scoring: The user’s score is calculated based upon time. If the user has connected using Facebook Connect, they can save their scores to Facebook.
- Leaderboard: Using Facebook Connect, the user can compare their score to their friends scores. The all-time high scores will be displayed on the site.
- Achievements: If the user reaches a certain time, you can unlock different customized tCs.
