Sunday Walks by Arne Lind

 Arne Lind is a Stockholm-based photographer and designer that has been working since the 1960s. He also has an interest in carpentry and restored this 38-foot sailing vessel. This well-rounded Scandinavian has a lot of good work on his website. However we took interest in his photo series Sunday Walks. The series reveals an intimate perspective of Stockholm in the 1970s and 1980s that reveals an insider's observation of daily life. Odd corners of the Swedish capital and peaceful views upon the archipelago appear alongside organized events such as kite festivals and bicycle demonstrations demonstrating the fluctuations of activity in the quaint city.
