Splashes: High-Speed Photography by Heinz Maier

 This isn't some organism from another planet, although perhaps that would be an equally good story. This is the result of the high speed photography series, Splashes, by Berlin based photographer, Heinz Maier. The work is done by taken photographs of water drops as they hit water.
