The eighth annual San Francisco Zine Fest celebrates everything DIY, with an emphasis on self-published books, zines and comics.

Running from 11 am – 6 pm this Saturday and Sunday at the San Francisco County Fair Building (9th Ave at Lincoln Way, SF) this Zine festival is sure to bring out the quirky and creative minds behind those little packets of paper we love so dearly.

After parties and off-site events include: Friday, "From the Horse's Mouth: Auto-Bio Comics Read by Their Creators" will be at the Cartoon Art Museum featuring readers Joey Alison Sayers, Tessa Brunton and MariNaomi.
Saturday's after-party at Amnesia Bar with live music, animations, and DJs.
