Watch out, Cupid. You've got competition as Ron English will make a rare appearance at Dr. Sketchy's this Valentine's Day at The Slipper Room in New York City.
Dr. Sketchy's, our favorite life-drawing cabaret art school, will pay tribute to the legendary street artist Ron English by having burlesque queen Amber Ray pose as the subject of Ron's most famous paintings in a Popaganda-inspired set.
In Dr. Sketchy's class experiences (and they truly are experiences!) artists draw glamorous, scantily constumed underground performers and compete in contests, win drinks, and prizes in sessions hosted by artist Molly Crabapple.
Ron English will be in attendance signing books for this special session this weekend, so book your spot early, as it is sure to sell out.
