New Jeff Soto Mural in Chelsea

 While he was in town for the opening of his current exhibition—Lifecycle, Jeff Soto (Juxtapoz #99) painted a striking piece in NY’s artsy Chelsea district. In our recent interview with Soto about the show, we asked him about this new mural. “I still enjoy painting outdoors when the opportunity arises,” Soto stated in response to our query about the new mural, “though I don't consider myself in any way a ‘street’ artist. I just like to paint the occasional mural. Reconnects me to my graffiti days.” [Read this full interview over here.]
Anyone in the area can check it out in person, as the piece on the façade of Chelsea's EYEBEAM located at 540 West 21st Street in Manhattan.
