Machete Video: Danny Trejo lowriding with Mister Cartoon

 “Each car has a personality of the owner,” narrates Danny Trejo in a crisp new video promoting the film Machete. Directed by Estevan Oriol (Juxtapoz #70) the short follows Trejo and Mister Cartoon (Juxtapoz #70) lowriding in East LA as they speak on the unique car culture. Landing next Friday, September 3rd, Machete stars veteran Latino actor Danny Trejo with film writer/actor Robert Rodriguez. It also stars Steven Seagal, Michelle Rodriguez, Jessica Alba and Robert Deniro.
This video piece was done by SA Studios, commissioned by Twentieth Century Fox. In this clip, Cartoon takes Danny Trejo through East LA with his Lifestyle car club, bouncing and hitting switches along the way. It offers a sweet look at Cartoon’s world-class rides as well as a great introduction to the world of lowriding.
