Jenn Porreca has been a busy little bee and managed to chrun out a great new series of work, which will be on view starting this Friday, January 15th, 2010. If you're planning to be in New York this month, Porreca’s six new beautiful paintings will offer a welcome respite from the cold city.

Porreca’s work will be on display at NYC’s Opera Gallery in Soho alongside artists John John Jesse, Kathie Olivas, and Brandt Peters. Take a peek at a preview here, but trust us, her work is so layered and emotive, it deserves to be seen in person.
