Michaelvincent Garcia has curated a fashion show that doubles as a group fine art exhibition. The medium? Traditional and Avant Garde fashion design. The canvas? Live models.
Creating a space for exploration and experimentation, the curator has placed no confines on the participating artists other than the instruction to create 1-3 signature looks, each one-of-a-kind, and made specifically for this show.

Confirmed artists/designers include: Audry Cerda, Ajax Hulce, Rani Lee, Lynde Low, Marissa Magdalena, and Eba Weber.

'Future Is Now' will take place on Saturday, October 10th, 2009 at Senor Fish Cantina as part of the new danceparty, PARTYGIRLS INC., in the Little Tokyo district of downtown Los Angeles. Doors open from 9:30pm to 2am.
