NYC based graffiti artist Futura made a special appearance at Nike Sportswear’s 21 Mercer venue for an intimate gathering where he helped to release the Futura x Nike Sportswear footwear project.

The packed night included a Q&A portion with various personalities such as Dwane “Pearl” Washington, Paul Harris, Jay Corbin and (of course) Futura himself.

The evening also included a raffle for 21 signed basketballs with the grand prize of a Nike Sportswear Bespoke design session with Futura.

This new Futura x Syracuse collaboration pays homage to the artist’s love of basketball, with all new items proudly displaying the college team’s signature colors: navy and orange. Good thing the TVs in the background showed a definitive Syracuse win!
