The city council of Rotterdam in the Netherlands decided to take some action against the ugly, buzzing electrical substations that routinely visually abuse its citizens.

They called in the creative production agency Shop Around to transform several of the substations into pieces of Art. Shop Around artist Niels Kalk created two fantasyland inspired creations.


It's good to see a government protecting its people.
