UK artist and skate shop owner Chris Bourke has just launched a new website, featuring a blog, full portfolio, and online shop.
Well known within skateboarding circles in the UK, Chris designs board graphics for UK companies Death and A Third Foot, as well as for Consolidated here in the US. For the last two years he's been working solidly in lino prints, which he then digitizes and adapts for his skateboard graphic work; despite running his skate shop Spine full time for the last three years, he's amassed an impressive collection of both.
2008 has started well for Bourke with the launch of the new website, several new graphics in the pipeline for Consolidated and Death, a double page feature in the UK skate magazine Sidewalk and a lino print and T-shirt collaboration with Gravis Footwear to be seen later this week at 'Untitled No.8' an exhibition at the Bread and Butter trade show in Barcelona.
